Trust, privacy & security

The Freedom Health Index™ is built around a strict privacy model. Here is how we protect your information.

Your responses are private

Individual assessment responses are tied to a pseudonymous participant identifier — never to your email address or login identity in the assessment record. Only you can access your own specific responses through your dashboard.

Organizations only see aggregates

When you take an assessment with an organization code, your individual results are never shared with that organization. Organizations only ever see anonymous, aggregated results, and only once enough people have participated to protect individual anonymity.

Access is controlled at every layer

Sensitive data is protected by row-level security policies in our database. Detailed participant and organization records are reachable only through authenticated, role-checked server functions — never directly from the browser.

Least-privilege by design

Each person can see only what their role permits: participants see their own results, organization admins see aggregate reports for their organization, and consultants see only the organizations they have been granted access to.

Email handling & your choices

If you opt in to receive your results by email, that address is stored separately and used only for that purpose. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting the AdVia administration team.

This page describes the controls we maintain for this application. It is not an independent certification or third-party audit.
